We provide customized fitness plans focused on strength, mobility, and functional fitness. We focus on those older than 40 but welcome all. So whether you’re recovering from injury, transitioning from rehab, or starting fresh, we’ll guide you with personalized workouts to help you build confidence and achieve lasting results.

At tFITn, our personalized nutrition coaching is tailored to fit your unique lifestyle, preferences, and goals, helping you build sustainable habits that last a lifetime. With our guidance, random accountability check ins, and support, we make healthy eating achievable and adaptable to your busy life.

Combine our nutrition coaching with fitness plans for a holistic approach to wellness and lasting results.

We Offer: Monthly Nutrition Coaching, General meal plans, Portion and macro tips, Habit-based coaching, and Sample meals and swaps. We do this via weekly 10-minute calls. The calls are geared at providing accountability and support.

SESSIONS OFFERED

We offer flexible training options to suit your preferences and goals, including solo sessions for personalized one-on-one coaching, small group sessions for added support and accountability, and large group workouts for a motivating and dynamic experience. Whether you prefer individualized attention or enjoy the energy of a group, our sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and achieve lasting results at your own pace.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Before We Speak

    1. Complete the Client Intake Form:

    • Navigate to the Client Intake Form section in the menu bar to complete it.

    2. Call, Text or Email Us Today:

    Call or Text: 215-501-4341 (please allow up to 48 hours for a response should we not respond right away)

    • You’ll be asked to complete and email the form to info@tfitn.com.

    • If you have difficulties doing so please reach out to tFITn (914-222-1232) and we can go over the document on the phone.

    • After you email the CLIENT INTAKE FORM to tFITn, tFITn will call you to your personal info, health, nutrition and dietary preferences, ideal personal training session personal training session preferences and capabilities, and what you can expect. 

    • As a potential client you are encouraged to review the following: (It will be emailed to you upon your request…otherwise it will be shared later).

      • CLENT SERVICE AGREEMENT

      • PACKAGE PRICING 

      • CREDIT CARD AUTO PAYMENT AGREEMENT

  • Schedule: tFITn uses Google Calendar & you will receive a Google Calendar Invite with the date and time discussed.

    • For groups of 2+, group leaders coordinate with TFITN. 

    Sessions are scheduled no more than one month in advance and don’t carry over. 

    Payment is always due at east 24 hours in advance. 

    Before Your Session: Submit:

    • Valid ID

    • Completed documents

    • Package payment

    • Doctor’s note (if required)

    • Group Sessions (2+ people): Elect a group leader as the main contact.

    • Schedule Your Session: Choose a convenient time. For groups of 3+, group leaders coordinate.

    • Before Your Session: Submit:

      • Valid ID

      • Completed documents

      • Package payment

      • Doctor’s note (if required)

      • Group Sessions (3+): Elect a group leader as the main contact.

    • Gear: Wear workout clothes and bring water.

    • Solo Workout (1 Person): Fitness baseline assessment, light workout, & optional body measurements (no extra cost).

    • Groups (2 or more people): No individual assessments; focus on group guidance.

    • Optional Measurements: Conducted before the session if time permits. Communicate with your trainer for personalized support.

  • Ask TFITN for our Zelle payment info.
